It is SLOCOG’s intent to award a percentage consistent with the goal set by Caltrans of its contracts to DBE firms utilizing Federal funds as required in the Caltrans/SLOCOG MOU. Caltrans last revised the DBE goal on October 1, 2022 for federally-assisted contracts.
